    1. General provisions

    1.1. This privacy policy on the processing of personal data and consent to the processing of personal data applies to all registered customers of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Store) and potential buyers (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who visit our website.
    1.2. In connection with the processing of the Customer's personal data in the Store, this notice provides the Customer with information about the processing of his personal data and ensures it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Republic of Lithuania, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

    2. Processing of personal data

    2.1. By creating a personal account on our website and confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy and Terms, you grant the right to process personal data.

    2.2.2. when purchasing and delivering goods ordered in the Store: residence and/or residence address, contact information, name and surname, information about payment methods, payment options for goods, and similar financial information;

    2.2.3. For the purposes of processing the Customer's order: invoicing, order history, payment information, delivery information, other contractual obligations.

    2.3. The Seller adheres to the following basic principles of personal data processing:

    2.3.1. personal data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;

    2.3.2. personal data are collected for specified and legitimate purposes;

    2.3.3. personal data are accurate and, if necessary, updated;

    2.3.4. personal data are kept no longer than allowed by the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;

    2.3.5. all information about processed personal data is confidential.

    3. Rights of data subjects

    3.1. The Customer has the right to request the Seller to provide access to his personal data, correct them if they are inaccurate, update them, or, if there is no legal basis for processing this data, demand their deletion.
    3.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data in cases where the legal basis for the processing of personal data is his consent. To withdraw consent, the Customer can contact the Seller using the contact information provided in the 'Contacts' section of the Store. Regarding the withdrawal of consent, including consent to use cookies, the Seller has the right to limit the functionality and scope of its services and may not be able to provide the Customer with the relevant services if, due to the withdrawal of consent, the Seller does not have the personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or the relevant functions.

    3.3. If the Customer believes that his rights have been violated, he also has the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

    4. Transfer of personal data to third parties

    4.1. The Seller has the right to transfer information to third parties if it is necessary according to applicable laws and regulations.
    4.2. In accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

    4.3. The Customer's personal data may also be transferred to Controllers related to orders placed in the online store, e.g., couriers, other postal and delivery service providers, financial service providers.

    5. Registration submission rules

    5.1. In the registration form, the Customer must provide accurate, comprehensive, and correct information to ensure fast, quality service. If the Customer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading information in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel the registration, delete the data, or restrict the Customer's ability to use the Store.

    6. Processing of personal data and cookies

    6.1. A cookie is a small file that is necessary to obtain consent and is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies do not allow the website to remember any personal information about the Customer (such as name or address) that the Customer could forget to encrypt. Cookies can always be rejected and disabled, but then some website features may not work. By using it, information about the visit, such as the preferred language and other settings, is remembered. Therefore, the next visit may be simpler, and the website may be more useful.

    6.2. The Seller uses cookie information data only for statistical analysis: website visit statistics, improvement, and meeting the needs of the Customer. The used information is removed from the system.

    6.3. The cookie in no way gives the Seller access to the Customer's computer. The Customer has the option to accept or reject cookies. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but usually, cookies can be rejected by changing browser settings.

    6.4. The website and the Store may contain links to other websites. If the Customer uses these links, the Seller does not control and is not responsible for the operating conditions of these websites. For this reason, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the security and privacy of any information that the Customer provides when visiting such websites. The Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the privacy policies of the respective website.

    7. Marketing messages

    7.1. With the Customer's permission, we will send marketing messages by email, SMS, to inform you about our news, allow you to familiarize yourself with our products, find them, and purchase them.
    7.2. The Customer can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by submitting a request via email to

    8. Validity and changes of the Privacy Policy

    8.1. The Privacy Policy comes into effect from May 25, 2018. It may be changed based on changes in legislation and the Seller's activities, informing about it on the website.
    8.2. Further use of our website services means compliance with these rules. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania."
